Riad Thalji

Mr. Riad Thalji has more than 16 years experience in managing enterprise projects with market leading company groups and organizations, including Orphans' Bank (|Jordan), Etisalat (UAE), Sirus (USA), FACT (Jordan), France Telecom's Orange Group (Jordan). More than 17 of the projects he led were high volume project with multi-million budgets and more than 10 senior team members.

As an experienced program management consultant, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Thalji led the setup of enterprise PMOs one at Orange Group with full set of methodology, Enterprise Project Management EPM server and PMP certified staff; an environment with simultaneously managed more than 25 high volume multi-million projects, and another at RealSoft; a software company which managed more than 10 enterprise projects at a time in Jordan, Oman, UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Karam Abi Yazbeck

Being a talented Lebanese communicator with a lot of know how in facilitation techniques and training skills, Karam developed lots of training materials that helped him since 1992 to design and deliver training workshops with many NGOs, companies, institutions and governemental bodies. Karam also teaches at Saint Joseph University from 2001 besides being a mentor for field training.

Karam brings more than 13 years of experience in the NGO sector. He is very well focussed and excels in community work, youth development programs, rural development programs and ecotourism.
